Forra was founded in 2025 by a team of advisors who had spent years working inside Vietnam's FDI landscape — across accounting practices, corporate advisory, and immigration firms — and had grown frustrated with the fragmented, expensive way foreign companies were being served.
The founding idea was simple: one firm covering formation, compliance, HR, and immigration, with a fixed-fee model that removes the anxiety of open-ended billing. We built Forra to be the firm we wished had existed when we were on the other side of the table.
